Erik’s dental career began in 1996 when he served as a Dental Specialist in the U.S. Army. After completing his military service, he worked as a dental assistant in various specialties, including oral surgery, periodontal surgery, pedodontics, and ultimately prosthodontics. His journey in the dental lab field started while he was employed at a prosthodontic office in Colorado Springs, CO, where he trained as a lab technician under the guidance of a Master Dental Technician. In 2018, Erik relocated with his family back to Wisconsin, where he gained experience in full arch rehabilitation at ClearChoice Dental Center. In 2020, he partnered with Dr. Joseph Gendler to establish Prizm Dental Studio, where he brings his extensive experience and expanded into digital dentistry.
Agustin Lara Rios
Lab Technician
Agustin is a generational lab technician, hailing from a family of dental lab professionals. He began working in his father’s lab alongside his brothers in Mexico at the age of 14, bringing decades of experience to Prizm Dental Studio. After completing dental prosthetics school in Guadalajara, he became a certified lab technician and gained experience in various fields of dentistry. Agustin has a natural talent for creating highly aesthetic restorations and consistently produces beautiful work. His pursuit of perfection in all the custom-crafted prosthetics he creates is a true testament to his skill and dedication.
Craig Dumas
Administrative
Craig brings his organizational and production expertise as a circuit design team manager from a major hearing aid manufacturer. He shares his knowledge to support our growing business. While he has a wide range of responsibilities at Prizm Dental, Craig ultimately ensures that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
